They must also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Return Process 

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). It is important to include the return authorization number on the return package to ensure proper processing. 

 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

 

Refund Process 

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business  days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. 

 

If you received the item(s) as a gift, we can issue a refund in the form of store credit to the gift recipient upon request. 

 

Exchanges 

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process to receive a refund for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items
