Shipping Information  

 

We offer shipping services to All over India. Our team works diligently to process and ship your order within domestic 3-8, & international 7-14 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

 

Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, shipping method chosen, and the total weight of the package. You can view the available shipping options and their associated costs during the checkout process. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.  

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, customs clearance processes, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellation  

 

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that order cancellations are subject to certain conditions.  

 

If your order has not been shipped or is still in the processing stage, we can typically cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for instructions on returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange once you receive them.  

 

Please note that if you have placed a pre-order or made a customized item request, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced. We will notify you of any such situations and provide options accordingly.  

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, the unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will promptly refund the full amount paid for the canceled order.
